Shipping & Handling

• For deliveries within Germany orders will be posted by DPD, unless otherwise stated.  This should take 2 to 3 days only.
• All European and International orders will be posted by the German Postal Service by Registered Post. Once posted I shall email you a Track & Trace number, so that you may follow the progress of your package. Delivery will only be made upon signature to the recipient or other authorized representative. Once posted ALEX is no longer responsible for loss or damage of the package/product. 
• For orders within Europe this will mean an approximate delivery time of 1 to 2 weeks
• For World-wide orders this will mean an approximate delivery time of 2 to 4 weeks.  
• If you would prefer to have your package sent express mail simply contact me, please include in your e-mail which bag you would like and your full address. I will then get back to you as soon as possible with exact shipping costs. If you agree with the proposed price I shall e-mail you an invoice which will include the price of the bag and delivery costs.

Payment Methods

• Payments are to be made through Paypal, you my pay by credit card, direct debit, account balance or giropay. 
• For shoppers who would prefer to pay by direct bank transfer please contact me for my bank details.

Care instructions

• Hand wash only and iron on low to medium heat.
