POSTAGE
& SHIPPING
· All orders will be posted by the German Postal Service,
unless otherwise stated. For packages within Germany this will mean
a delivery time of approximately 3 days, for Europe approximately 2
weeks and for the rest of the world approximately 4 weeks.
· If you are ordering three bags or more please contact
me as I will be able to offer you a cheaper shipping option. Please
include in your e-mail which bags you would like and your full address.
I will then get back to you as soon as possible with exact shipping
costs. If you agree with the proposed price I shall e-mail you an invoice
which will include the price of the bags and the discounted delivery
costs.

mail simply contact me,

VERY
IMPORTANT: When adding an item to your shopping cart please be sure
that the amount is set to 1, as my bags are all one-of-a-kinds! If the
amount is more than 1 it will not be possible to fill your order and
will only result in delays and confusion!!!
PAYMENT

Payments
are to be made through the Paypal shopping cart and payment function,
you my pay by credit card, direct debit, account balance or giropay.
This requires no registering!
For shoppers who would prefer to pay by direct bank transfer please
contact me for my bank
details.

Neither of you even need to have a Paypal account, it's fast, free and
easy to sign up.

The colour of the bags may vary slightly from the photos.

bags will be labelled with the ALEX logo before being sent.

you are not totally satisfied with your order please contact me. I do
not offer refunds but we will try to sort the issue as best we can.
